Okay, here’s the deal

We respect copyright. If you own something — text, photo, video, whatever — and you see it being used here without your permission, you can ask us to take it down. Simple as that.

We don’t intentionally host stolen stuff. Most ads here are posted by users, not us. Which means if someone uploaded your work without asking you first, it wasn’t us… but we’ll help fix it.

How to send a DMCA notice?

Pretty straightforward. Drop us an email at support@CgBazzar.com with:

• Your contact details (so we know it’s really you).
• A clear description of the content you own.
• The exact link/URL where you saw it on our site.
• A short statement saying you didn’t give permission for this use.
• And yeah, a note that your complaint is true (legally they call it “good faith”).

Once we get your request, we’ll check it. If it’s legit, we’ll remove the content or block the ad. If we’re not sure, we might reach back for more details.

Counter Notice?

Sometimes the person who posted the content might feel it wasn’t a violation (like they had the right to use it). In that case, they can send us a counter notice. If that happens, we’ll look at both sides and act accordingly.

We’re just a platform. Users are responsible for what they upload. But we do take copyright seriously, and we want to keep this space fair. So if something’s yours, and it ended up here without your okay — let us know, we’ll sort it out.
